How Do I hang my metal sign?
Hanging your sign is super easy—no complicated tools needed!
Since our metal signs do not come with pre-drilled holes, you have a couple of options:
✔ 3M Command Strips – Perfect for smooth indoor surfaces. Just peel, stick, and press!
✔ Screws Through Cutouts – Many of our designs have natural openings where you can insert screws for secure mounting.
For outdoor mounting, we recommend using weatherproof 3M strips, velcro strips or rust-resistant screws (stainless steel).
Are these signs safe for outdoor use?
Yes! Our powder-coated metal signs are made to withstand the elements—rain, sun, wind, you name it. They won’t rust or fade!
Just avoid placing them where water pools for long periods, and you’re good to go.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our typical production time is 3-5 business days. Once your sign is ready, shipping takes an additional 2-3 business days depending on your location.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey straight to your doorstep!
What size should I get?
Great question! Don’t rely on product photos alone—sizes can look different in pictures.
- Step 1: Check out our Size Options in the product listing.
- Step 2: Grab some painter’s tape and mark the dimensions on your wall. Step back and see what size works best in your space!
- Step 3: Choose confidently—since each sign is made to order, we can’t make changes once production starts.
Can I cancel my order?
We get started on your order fast because we can’t wait to bring your design to life! If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us ASAP (within one hour of purchase)—we’ll do our best to help!
If production has already started, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll work with you as much as possible!
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:
📦 Check around your home (front door, garage, mailbox, gate, etc.).
📦 Ask neighbors—misdeliveries happen more than you’d think!
📦 Still can’t find it? Contact us ASAP -info@porchmood.com, and we’ll help figure it out.
If your sign arrives damaged, send us clear photos within 7 days (front, back, box, and shipping label), and we’ll get a replacement sent out to you!
